Welcome to Good Gastronomy.  My wife and I love food and we love all kinds of food.  However, we hate bad food, lousy service and staring at someone eating their food at the restaurant while waiting 30 minutes for mine to arrive.  This blog will take you on a gastronomic journey in Singapore and out of Singapore and will use our 18 point grading system to give you full information on the restaurant, makan place, food centre or where food is served so that you know exactly what you are in for or did the restaurant pull a fast one on you.  Of course, as we are both working full time jobs, we usually don't have a lot of time to visit many eating places.  However, for our once or twice a week date nites, we will share with you tidbits wherever we go.  Also from time to time, I will share some really traditional favourite recipes of mine that has been passed down from generation to generation.
